General
Install tail dolly
Install battery
Check radio function
Check electronic vario function

Seat and shoulder belts – anchored
Check for correct ballast (seat cushion)
Adjust rudder pedals position
Install wing wheel when outside hangar

Inspect canopy/windows for cracks
Check canopy hinges and latches
Pitot tube – straight and clear
Static ports on L/R fuselage – clear
Yaw strings present

Left side
Fuselage front half – check for buckles/damage
Left wing:
++++leading edge – dents
++++upper surface – buckles
++++lower surface – buckles
++++wing tip
++++++++dents or scrapes
++++++++wheel – rolls freely
++++fore/aft/up/down play at tip
++++trailing edge – dents
++++aileron
++++++++full and free motion
++++++++fabric intact
Fuselage rear half – check for buckles/damage
Main gear – tire inflated
Rudder cable inspection door – frayed cables
Tail wheel – pivots and rolls
Vert. Stab – alu skin damage
T.E. / Braunschweig tube – not bent or blocked

Horiz. Stab. – safety wire
++++Firmly attached

Elevator –
++++fabric intact
++++full and free motion
Tim tab – fabric intact
Vert. Stab – alu skin damage
Rudder – full and free motion
